We don't just see your gorgeous doggos here. As we cater for all sorts of beloved pets once in a while other varieties pop in to see us. This is lovely little Nova, a 1 year old ferret. Absolutely tiny! She has a sister at home called Daphne. Nova is on a raw meat diet but does like soft 100% meat dog treats.

🐶 Meet the newest member of our team… Moppy Dog!

Once the shop closes, Moppy Dog gets straight to work, spending an hour vacuuming and mopping the floors before heading back to his charging station for a well-earned rest. 😴

Then, bright and early in the morning, he’s back on duty before the shop opens! 💪

We have to admit, he does a brilliant job… although he does occasionally have a few Moppy moments — knocking things over, getting himself stuck, and attempting to climb things he shouldn't! 🤦‍♀️😂

We think he's going to fit right in! ❤️🐾

Look who came in today 😍. I don't know the collective noun for a group of Cavaliers - A chaos of Cavaliers? A laugh-a-minute of Cavaliers? First photo from left to right we have: Pandora, Jasmin, Chester, Blossom and Angel. Am I the only one reminded of Miss Lovelace from Trumpton? ☺️

Locals of Leyburn will soon be seeing little 9 week old Geri (pronounced with a hard 'g') trotting around with his big brother. Geri had his first visit to us today to get used to different smells. Both beautiful boys are Eurasians.
The Eurasier, or Eurasian, is a spitz type breed of dog that originated in Germany through cross-breeding between popular European and Asian Spitz. It is widely known as a wonderful companion that maintains its own personality, has a dignified reserve with strangers, has a strong bond to its family, and is relatively easy to train.

This is 13 year old Milo, a gorgeous little Shih Tzu x Chihuahua. He's on holiday with his lovely family in Richmond. They needed a pack of male wraps as he is sadly now incontinent. His predecessor reached an amazing 19 years old!
