Hello lovely people!

Throughout August, I’m taking on the Cancer Research UK challenge of completing 100 squats every day — that’s 3,100 squats altogether! 🏋️‍♀️

I’ll be raising money to help fund life-saving cancer research. Cancer affects so many people and every donation, however big or small, will help make a difference.

14 years ago today was one of the best days of my life. My beautiful Milo Moo came home to live with me and became my bestist friend EVER. We had 11 amazing years together with him barely leaving my side and i know everyone will agree with me that he was the most amazing dog, everyone who met him fell in love with him... Even those who were scared of dogs.
You weren't just a family dog, you were my shadow, my protector and my best friend.
