We know it’s a bit early to mention Christmas, but we wanted to let you know in good time. The festive season can be a difficult one when you’re missing a much-loved pet. That’s why we make personalised keepsakes, so they can still be part of your Christmas. These include:

▪️Memorial plaques
▪️Baubles with your pet’s name, filled with soft feathers
▪️Name candle globes
▪️Other thoughtful memorials made just for you

Each one is made with care, so you have something special to hang on the tree. If you’d like to know more, please give us a call on 07368 401312. We’d be happy to help. 💟

In loving memory of Bella 🌈🐾
Bella, a much-loved 16-year-old cat, passed away suddenly at home. Her family has kindly shared their words with us:

“We took Bella to Springfield first thing Thursday morning, and I’m so happy she was home with us by Friday. After a previous experience with my late dog, I didn’t want to leave her at the vets. I found Springfield online and won’t be taking my other animals anywhere else (hopefully not for a long time!).

The staff are lovely, and we got to say goodbye to Bella in such a beautiful room. She looked so peaceful and cosy on the bed beneath the rainbow. We actually felt happiness collecting her, knowing she’d been looked after with love and that we had done right by her. Thank you so much to everyone at Springfield.”

Thank you for trusting us with Bella. It is a privilege to care for your family’s beloved pets. 💛

Rest peacefully, Bella. 🌈

🐾 MEET NATALIA🐾
Communication with the customers is at the heart of everything we do at Springfield. In today’s world, good digital communication matters too, which is why we’re so happy to have Natalia on our team. Here’s a little about her day, in her own words:

“I joined the Springfield Pet Cremation team recently. Before my interview, I looked into the business and was really impressed by the 5-star reviews on Google and Facebook. I was curious to find out how they did it!

The answer? There’s no secret. They simply do their job to a very high standard, and our customers are kind enough to share their experience. That’s it. 💛

I live not far from the office, so my day starts with a quick trip to work, where I check all your messages on social media and on our website. Then, depending on the day, I make plans for how we can share the Springfield story online.

I’m in great company: my colleagues Lisa, Marin and Jacqui, and of course the girls, Fern, Heidi and tornado Betsy. To be honest dogs don’t help much, but they definitely make my days more fun” 🐾

Feel free to say hello to Natalia in the comments or send us a message, she’ll be happy to help.

🐾 In memory of beautiful Shadow 🐾
We are so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Shadow. 💔
Shadow was clearly very much loved, and we know how deeply he will be missed - especially by Gigi, who will miss running around the park with her friend.

We care for Shadow and give her the beautiful farewell she deserves. It was our privilege to help create a special memento to keep and treasure.

Run free, beautiful Shadow. Sending love 🌈🐾
