These never get any easier to write, if anything harder. This week, Charlie sadly was taken very poorly and his owners had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Charlie joined our walks five years ago. It was clear fairly quickly that food and treats were everything to Charlie. The last few months he had been struggling with sight loss and mobility issues but he never let this get him down. He literally just picked himself up and carried on with his walks which he still enjoyed. Charlie, I'll miss your cheeky ways, barking at me until I caved and gave you a treat. Thinking of Jim and Jo at this sad time. Sleep tight Charlie boy 💙
