⭐ Important Update to Snips & Snuggles Booking Policy ⭐
Unfortunately after a rise in no‑shows and last‑minute cancellations, I’ve made the difficult decision to introduce deposits for all appointments going forward. This helps protect my time, keeps my diary running smoothly, and ensures I can continue offering the best care to every pup who walks through my door.
❗️Reminder of our Cancellation & No‑Show Policy-
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the groom price.
• No‑shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
• These fees must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
• If payment isn’t made, any upcoming appointments will be cancelled.
Please also ensure you are arriving on time to your appointment, if you are more then 15 minutes late I may not be able to carry out your groom within the remaining timeframe and the appointment may need to be rescheduled- this will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Sorry I’ve had to make the decision to put this in place, I have put off doing this for as long as I can and I totally understand that things come up- however I’m only human, just like you — I have bills, a house and a small business to keep running. I truly appreciate everyone who respects my time and supports Snips & Snuggles.
