A full days board is charged for the day of ARRIVAL and the day of DEPARTURE. If you have more than 1 dog and they need to be in separate kennels, you must inform us when booking your dogs in, you will b
e charged per kennel, £30. In the event of owners coming in later, or returning earlier, the FULL period for which the kennel is reserved will be charged. When making a booking we require a non refundable / transferable deposit to secure a kennel. The rest of the payment MUST be paid on ARRIVAL or prior to drop off (we accept all credit cards but not American express). We would prefer a bank transfer with your dogs name and date of arrival. If you cannot do a bank transfer you can pay over the phone.

If you are a new customer, please arrive before 4.30pm at latest as we have a brochure to be filled out.
*** UP TO DATE VACCINATION BOOKS ARE REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL *** or you can send a photo before hand on Facebook or WhatsApp. The vaccinations and dogs details must be shown on the same photo.
- if your dogs vaccination book is NOT up to date we cannot accept your dog into our kennels.
- we strongly recommend kennel cough vaccine but this is your own choice, it is not compulsory. We CANNOT be held responsible should your dog contact kennel cough.
- if you do not have your dogs up to date vaccination book contact ourselves prior to boarding as we would need you to obtain from your vet a confirmation of vaccinations in an email for our database. Owners leave their dogs or any items at their own risk, although please be assured that every care and attention will be given at all times. Any medication to be clearly labelled with your dogs name, owners name and dosage and enough medication to cover your dogs stay.
