A quick update for you:

We have just one session currently available this week - Tuesday 9th at 7am.

Wednesday we are closed between 2pm-5pm for another field cut.

Next week we currently have:

Tuesday 16th: 6am & 5pm

Thursday 18th: 6am, 5pm & 8pm

REMINDER: Gate Security & Bookings

🔓 Gate Security- Please make sure the gate is securely padlocked at all times, particularly when leaving the premises.

❌ Children should not be responsible for locking the gate unless they have been clearly shown the correct procedure. Unfortunately, there have been several recent occasions where the gate has not been secured properly.

📷 As shown in the image below (and on the notice attached to the gate post), if the latch can still slide, the gate is NOT locked. Please take a moment to check that the padlock is fully engaged before leaving and not left on the open sequence of numbers.

📧 Booking Reminders - Please take a few moments to carefully check all of your details when making a booking:

Email Address

* Ensure your email address is entered correctly.
* If the address is incorrect, you will not receive your booking confirmation or reminder emails.
* In some cases, I receive a bounce-back notification, but if the incorrect email address belongs to someone else, they may receive your booking information and I won’t be aware of the error.

📱Mobile Number & SMS Notifications

* Please double-check your mobile number.
* Make sure you tick the SMS opt-in box.
* If you do not opt in to SMS notifications, the padlock code will only be sent by email and not by text message.

👀 Check Your Booking Confirmation

* Please review your confirmation carefully.
* Make sure you have selected the correct date and time, paying particular attention to AM and PM selections.

Rescheduling

* If you need to change your booking, please do so via the link in your booking confirmation email.
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

👀 Read Your Reminder Emails

* Reminder emails are sent for your benefit, so please take the time to read them. 😅

🫥 For Transparency

The booking system records when emails and text messages are sent and whether emails have been opened. This information is visible to me within the software and can be used to help resolve any booking or communication issues.

Gracie is shocked at the lack of photos she’s had to look at lately! 😅

The diary has been fully booked but we’ve seen barely any photos…so, what’s going on? Have people been booking and not turning up for their session?! 🤣

Let’s see some photos of your happy doggo visits to cheer her up! She was such a big brave girl at the Royal Veterinary Hospital yesterday so make her smile again!

Our lovely village has its traditional village fete next Saturday, 13th June, 2pm-5pm!

We even have a *dog show - with the winners of each category getting a free visit to Paws Playfield Datchworth!

The classes are:

Agility
Scurry run
Best sausage catcher
K9 Capers
Waggiest tail!

*weather permitting! Too hot and the dog show will be cancelled.

Why not pop along, it’s a great afternoon out for all the family!

🐾 Creating an Account on Our Booking System 🐾

Want to keep track of all your dog field bookings in one place? It’s quick and easy to create an account while making your next booking!

How to create your account:

1️⃣ Book your session as normal.
2️⃣ At the payment stage, click “Sign Up” (top right of the screen).
3️⃣ Enter your details and complete the sign-up process.
4️⃣ Any bookings made from the point you create your account onwards will automatically appear in your account.

⚠️ Important: To see future bookings in your account, make sure you log in before making any new bookings. If you book as a guest, those bookings won’t be linked to your account.

Having an account makes it easier to view and manage your upcoming visits to the field. 🐶💚
