Yorkshire Rose Equestrian I am a freelance groom/rider with over 15 years experience I am a freelance groom/rider aged 21 with more than 15 years experience.

I have worked with all types of horses, on all kinds of yards, from dressage to show jumpers to hunt yards and even more

I own three horses of my own, one a 17.2hh Warmblood, which I have owned since he was 4 years old, so have knowledge and experience of both big and young horses. I handle a variety of horses, from re schooling 3-year-old ex-racehorses, breaking and schooling 4 year old show ju

mpers to exercising happy hackers. I have lessons with both a dressage instructor and a jumping instructor to keep all aspects of my ridden work up to date. I also take horses for schooling or on sales livery and can compete for clients. I’ve got a few spaces opening up to take on some more horses for schooling, hacking, or general riding.

I’ve been lucky to work with everything from talented international competition horses to much-loved happy hackers, and I always aim to ride in a way that suits each individual horse.

Based around Harrogate / Ripon / York and fully insured.

It’s with the heaviest heart that I said goodbye to Orange today. What a horse she has been! She has dragged me through some of the darkest days and saddest times, she’s also caused some of the saddest times. She’s listened to all my secrets without judgement and been the reason to keep going sometimes. She may have caused me a headaches, certainly for the last 2 years but she was worth all the work. I tried my best to save you I’m just sorry it wasn’t enough.
