Took full advantage of the very partial eclipse and a break in the glaring sun 🌞😂

Although it turns out the girls field is the perfect viewpoint so I had an audience watching me put haynets out 👀😅

Nellie has figured out if she waits around the opposite side of the field she gets the second lot of haynets all to herself 🤣

Peanut has been the goodest boy, other than occasionally stealing my poo scoop 🤣🤣

Officially survived 2/3 of my working day in the heat 🙌😂

Guess who left her water bottle at home 🤦‍♀️😫 so I've been drinking out of everyones hoses like a feral toddler. The factor 50 has been applied 3 times and I'm still looking rather crispy 🫠

But, all the morning and midday visits are done and all the animals are happy and that's all that matters 🥰

Peanuts herb garden is watered and doing well and the birds have been fed and watered too 🐦‍⬛🪶

Now I'm off for a lie down before I venture back out this afternoon!

Miss Zoe was NOT impressed with a pop in visit and refused to go in the garden and stood staring at the door longingly 🥺 nipped her to the end of the (very short) road and back in the shade, still not good enough 😂

So had to bring out the big guns and get some treats out of my car and lure her to the far end of the garden. She finally caved (after eating all the treats) and went for a wee 🙌🤣

Not sure who the winner is in this situation tbh 🤔🤣 she was very pleased with herself 🥰

Thank you for putting up with all the animals, for all the hills you push wheelbarrows up, water troughs you clean, dog walks you're dragged along on, and buckets and haynets you fetch from the other side of fields 😂🥰
