🐾 The Dog House – Cancellation Policy 🐾

To help us provide the best care for all dogs and manage our daily spaces and dog walks fairly, we kindly ask all clients to follow our cancellation policy.

Day Care & Dog Walk Bookings

* Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the booking fee.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full booking fee.

Regular Weekly Bookings

* Dogs with regular reserved spaces help us plan staffing and availability.
* If your dog will be absent, please give as much notice as possible.
* Repeated late cancellations may result in the loss of your reserved space.

Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Why We Have This Policy

As a small business, late cancellations often leave spaces that cannot be filled at short notice. This policy helps us maintain safe staffing levels and continue providing the highest standard of care for all dogs.
