I’ve groomed Oscar for a few years now he’s always been a nervous boy, a few grooms ago he showed signs of struggling with the groom
Groom was stopped and he went home
After a chat with his dad it was decided he would be bathed at home and I’d just give him a haircut

This is his second time on that routine and what a difference a much more relaxed boy ❤️

Now we all know I’m a perfectionist and love to turn dogs out to a high standard… but never at the expense of a dogs well being

I will always work to the dogs tolerance levels

Please do not take your dog a long walk or walk your dog over for their grooming appointment

The salon is kept cool however an already hot dog and a dryer even on the coolest setting is not a good combination

Most of you are always prompt at drop of and pick up time but in the warmer spells it’s appreciated if dogs are collected at their allocated time

Nothing beats the reward of winning a dogs trust
