CUSTOMER NOTICE.

If you need to contact me please either do msg or txt/sms. I've been inundated with spam and fraud calls in the last couple of months, so bad that I have now started not answering my phone.
I don't answer my phone while I have a dog either in the bath or on my table anyway for safety reasons.

If you know your work schedule I would recommend booking the appointments you need for the year just now. When my appointments are gone they are gone.

I will definitely be off for a week in May and August, have not decided on any other just now.

I'm already full from middle of December to the end of the year.

CUSTOMER NOTICE

Now that I work on my own and I'm doing one on one, if you are late for your appointment, I will not be able to do your dog and it will go down as a no show. You will have to pay for the appointment before you can book another appointment. Now that I have less appointments available every week and I'm booked couple of months in advance, if you do last minute cancellation, less that 48hrs, or no shows couple of times I might have to ask you to find another groomer.

I know the traffic through crosshouse is bad just now so if you can skip going through there all together that would cut down on your time. At busy times it's extra 20min.

I still have to keep to if you are 10min late for the appointment I can't do the dog and it will go down as a no show and full price needs paid before booking next appointment. I only book out enough time to do your dog.

Remember there are roadworks starting on the road infront of Crosshouse hospital. If you are going through Crosshouse to get to me give yourself extra time. It's supposed to be ongoing for next 10 weeks.

PRICE INCREASE.

I'm sorry to have to do this but my prices are going up in the new year, up to £5 per dog depending on coat condition, breed and behaviour.

I have been trying to keep them down, I have managed to do so by having a wonderful bather in with me. She is now moving on to do grooming full time. I will be sad to see her go but all our lives go on.
This means that I will have less appointments available every week but my bills will not so it's with sadness that I have to put my prices up.

I understand if you choose to go somewhere else.
I'm not taking on new customers at the moment and if you haven't been in with me in the last 6 months I'm afraid I will have to take you off my books.
Having less appointments every week I will prioritise my regular customers over my 2's a year customers.

Wishing all my wonderful customers a great Christmas and New year when it comes.
