​I know that life is unpredictable—emergency vet visits happen, cars breakdown, and plans change in the blink of an eye. I totally get it, and I always try to be as flexible as possible when things go sideways!
​To keep my small business sustainable, I am introducing a formal cancellation policy:
​Any cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £10 fee per dog.

​Because I reserve specific blocks of time for your pups, short-notice cancellations make it very difficult to fill those spots. This policy helps me keep the lights on while still being there for all your furry friends.
