Cancellation policy
Just a little reminder of my cancellation policy, we are a small self-employed business and cancellations or no shows have a major effect on us.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we politely ask that you give us at least 24h advance notice.

we really hate to have to ask for a cancellation fee, we are very understanding, but equally if we dont work we dont get paid.
If you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment please give us at least 24h notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else, if you cancel less than 24h there will be a charge of 50% of the groom price if you dont show up for your appointment 100% of the groom will be required before re-booking.
