🐾 Matting Fee Notice 🐾

Please be advised that a £10 matting fee will be added to appointments where a dog arrives with a matted coat.

Matting requires additional time, specialist tools, and extra care to remove safely and comfortably. This fee reflects the extra work involved in managing matted coats.

To avoid this charge, we recommend regular brushing at home and keeping to a consistent grooming schedule.

Please arrive at your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times, not early and not late. Our daily schedule is carefully planned, and arriving outside your assigned time disrupts the routine and care of all dogs.

If you’re running late due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.
