☀️Important Update for Thursday☀️

After keeping a close eye on tomorrow’s forecast, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the salon for the day.

With temperatures expected to reach the 30s, the barn will simply become too hot for dogs to be groomed safely and comfortably. As much as I hate having to rearrange appointments, the welfare of the dogs will always come first.

I have contacting affected customers directly to rearrange appointments.

We will be monitoring the weather and temperature in the barn tomorrow and Thursday. The welfare of the dogs in our care will always be our priority.

WEATHER UPDATE! ☀️

I’m planning on monitoring the weather this week.

As many of you know, your dogs’ comfort and safety will always come first with us.

With temperatures expected to reach around 30°C on Thursday, our salon can get very hot from around 3pm onwards. Travelling in cars during this kind of heat can also be stressful and potentially dangerous for our furry friends.

Because of this, we may need to rearrange some of our later afternoon appointments if we feel it’s in the best interests of the dogs. If your appointment is affected, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible to find another time that suits you.

I know changing appointments isn’t ideal, and I really appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you for trusting me with your gorgeous pups and for helping me make sure they’re kept safe and comfortable during this hot spell.

Please keep your dogs cool, make sure they have plenty of fresh water, and avoid walks during the hottest part of the day.

Big Woofs a Daisy News! 🐾

I am delighted to welcome Sydney from Pip’s Parlour to the Woofs a Daisy team! 🥳

Sydney brings lots of grooming experience, a real passion for making dogs look and feel their best, and a calm, caring approach that every dog (and human!) deserves.

As most of you know, I’ve been looking for another groomer for quite some time and, as Woofs a Daisy continues to grow, I’m genuinely excited to have Sydney join us.

I know she’ll be a fantastic addition to the team, and I’m sure you’ll love her just as much as we do!
