We can’t believe it’s already Cat-urday again 😨🐱

We’ve been a little quiet on the posting front this week — not through lack of trying, but because we’ve simply been so busy!

This year, we’ve taken on a record number of cat clients, making this our busiest summer yet. And whilst it’s kept us on our toes, we’ve absolutely loved meeting so many new feline friends. ❤️

Cat visits are a service we really value. We know that leaving your cat at home whilst you’re away can come with a lot of worry, and trusting someone to come into your home, care for your cat and keep their routine as normal as possible is a big responsibility.

It’s one we take very seriously — and we’re incredibly grateful to every owner who puts that trust in us. ❤️

A new academic year is starting… so why not enrol your dog into a structured educational system too? 🎓🐾

At Paragon, our walks aren't simply about letting dogs run around together. Every part of what we do is intentional.

There’s no winging it and no simply hoping things work out. Every group, every walk and every interaction has a purpose.

Some dogs settle into a pack almost instantly. Others need more time, guidance and carefully managed exposure. That’s why we build our groups around the individual dogs within them, ensuring they’re matched with dogs and environments that allow them to remain calm, learn and progress.

And whilst it might not always be obvious, the dogs are being assessed and given opportunities to learn from the moment we arrive at their door.

From how they respond to us entering the home, to getting in and out of the van, walking alongside others, interacting with dogs, responding to guidance and even standing calmly while having their feet washed.

Nothing is just an afterthought.

Many of the dogs we've successfully integrated into our groups started with significant behavioural challenges — dog reactivity, aggression, poor lead control or simply being difficult to manage in everyday situations.

With consistency, structure and the right guidance, they've gone on to achieve things their owners once thought were impossible.

That's what our walks are really about.

They’re still making the most of every available sun spot, of course, but they’re no longer spending a solid 20 hours a day asleep…
