I absolutely hate having to charge for any No Shows or Missed Appointments, its really not nice at all and its definitely not personal. Its there to protect my livelihood. It can also be very frustrating when I have up to a 3 month waiting list of pups waiting to be groomed that could have filled the space. Please give me 48 hours notice if you can no longer attend your appointment so I can reallocate the space. Thank you for your understanding ❤️
