Thank you to Rainbow Rhino Laser Crafts for our beautiful new dog bowl! 🐾

The old one was looking very tired but that’s no surprise considering the thousands of miles it has covered, bouncing along in the back of our trailer. I wonder just how many dogs have drank from (and peed on!!) it 🤣

It feels a bit too sentimental to throw in the bin - maybe we could turn it into a planter 🌷🫣

The Armed Forces Major Engagement team, can confirm that the Red Arrows display team, will NOT be displaying at AFD 2026. This is due to operational commitments in the USA.
Although it may be disappointing, we appreciate that the team are there to promote UK PLC, and that is a role we fully support.

As normal the AFD weekend will see flying displays by both the Typhoon display team and the BBMF, subject to operational availability. Other visiting Aircraft are in the planning stages, and will be announced on the AFMET social media pages, when confirmed.

The Vehicle and Marching parade will take place as Normal, as well as stalls and activity throughout the Resort of Cleethorpes.

🐾 (You can find the Buddy’s Bites UK trade stand on Lower Kingsway, somewhere between the leisure centre and Brighton Slipway (same as previous years)) 🐾

On Meridian Showground a full display of Military vehicles will take place,along with displays by Military groups, in the Military Village. Outside the Showground the Emergency Village will showcase the Emergency services past and present.

The front of the Meridian Craft Centre will host a crafters market, and stalls will also be held in the Thunscoe Car Park. The Carpark will also host the Community Stage this year will Entertainment over the weekend. On Saturday evening the travelling West End show "Twist and Shout" will take place with tickets priced at £2, available from Eventbright or in person from Blighty's Coffee Lounge in the Knoll.

What a FABULOUS day at In Good Hands Cleethorpes Farmers Market! Their next market has moved to July 5th due to skipping the last sundays in June and July for Armed Forces and Great Grub Fest. We sadly can’t make it to this one as it clashes with one of our other regular spots - Humber Bridge Farmers Market 🧑🏼‍🌾

We will be back on the seafront for Cleethorpes Farmers Market on the following dates in 2026…
