🐾 A Friendly Note on Salon Safety & Timing 🐾
To all our wonderful human and furry clients, we want to say a huge thank you for your ongoing support! To keep our salon a calm, safe, and happy place for every dog, we have a small request regarding arrival times.
Arriving Early to appointments-
While we appreciate punctuality, please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. When clients arrive 15, 20, or even 30 minutes early, it can cause a bit of a problem for several reasons:
• Safety First: Having too many dogs in the salon at once makes it difficult for us to give everyone the focused supervision they deserve. We pride ourselves on keeping a very close eye on every dog!
• Dogs currently on the grooming table can get very excited or anxious when they see a new person or dog walk in. A sudden distraction while we are using sharp equipment can lead to accidents or set our grooming schedule behind.
• We aim to keep the salon as low-stress as possible. Fewer "comings and goings" mean the dogs currently being pampered on the table stay relaxed.
A Note on Our Safety Gate ⛔
For the safety of all our four-legged friends, please do not open the safety gate unless a member of the team specifically tells you to! Our gates are a vital line of defense to ensure no dog can make a "great escape" when the front door opens. We will always come to greet you and safely transition your dog!
