After a very challenging few months, we just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful customers for your patience and support.
We know we haven’t been as quick to reply to messages or as available in the salon as usual, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As some of you may know, one of our team members sadly lost her husband and has needed to take time away from work, while another became seriously unwell last November following a cardiac arrest. It’s been an incredibly difficult period for us all.
We’re now starting to find our feet again and return to normal, and we’re so grateful for your kindness if we’ve had to rearrange or cancel appointments along the way.
We’re also very happy to share that our Courtney is back full-time and has made a great recovery. While we’re missing not having our lovely Jane in the salon as much, you may still see her popping in from time to time for a coffee and a catch-up.
