Wednesday is here and management checks are underway. The sun is out and we are in for a full day of your gorgeous Marsden Mutts. We found more broken and shredded balls left behind yesterday on daytime checks. Please do not leave these behind for others to pick up and dogs to chew. Only book the field is you are prepared to respect our land. Once again we remind you that all slots start on the hour and are fifty five minutes. Please do not arrive early. The is stated in your text reminder you receive one hour before, there is a sign on the front gate and your initial confirmation. We have a large number of reactive dogs who use the field and it is importance for them to have time and space to vacate. If this is not happening on your visit, please let us know. Thursday 12pm is now back on our website to book. Exempt dogs are always welcome, usual terms apply. Don’t forget to check in and tag us on your visits, we love seeing your photos. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Bailey the Dalmatian. Bailey came for his very first off lead adventure with his new dad. He zoomed around the field, chased his ball and showed us his beautiful gentle nature when he first arrived. Bailey went home a very happy and tired boy. Thank you to Bailey and Thomas for being fabulous today, it was great to meet you! 🙏🐾🥰🎾

Who wants to run around a fabulous three acre field with no lead and no muzzle? Ray does! Just look at this absolute stunner. Ray loved every minute of his slot running free, chasing his ball and having the best time with his dad. Safe, secure and totally carefree. After lots of fun Ray went home and slept all day. A big thank you to Ray and his dad Connor for visiting Marsden Mutts Secure Dog Field and for these brilliant photos. Exempt dogs are always welcome here! 🐾🥰🧡

You may have noticed that we have planted various saplings on the banking behind the parking area and along the right hand side as you walk up the field. Sadly, during our checks on Monday we found that another sapling had been chewed and broken. This damage was not present during our morning inspection. Please ensure your dog does not chew or damage any of the saplings, some have been planted in memory of Marsden Mutts who have crossed the rainbow bridge. If anything happens during your visit, please do the right thing and let us know. Our 3pm field check today also found far too much dog poo left behind, including two very large piles in the top field. Many dogs poo more than once, so please keep your dog monitored at all times and clean up after them. You are welcome to use Ted’s Shed during your visit, but supervision is essential. Checking our CCTV to identify those responsible is the last thing we want to do, but we will if necessary. We also found lots of broken balls and toys left behind recently. If you borrow toys from the grey box, please return them at the end of your visit. If they are broken and your own please take them with you.
Thank you to the majority of visitors who respect our land. Unfortunately today’s checks were very disappointing and we kindly ask everyone to help us keep the field safe, clean, and enjoyable for all. If there is anything we need to know please get in touch. Thank you. 🙏🏻💩🪾🎾☹️

Meet Frank, another beautiful puppy that booked himself some freedom secure dog field. Frank did lots of playing, exploring and was a very good boy for his mum. He decided to save the training until next time as he was having too much fun. This little beauty braved the agility ramps and splashed in the watering hole. In his spare time Frank loves hiding things like socks, empty toilet rolls and plastic bottles. His favourite toy is his teddy cat and is also partial to a bit of cheese and sausage. Frank also loves a trip to a cafe for a bowl of sausages. What a boy! Thank you to Frank for being super cute and his mum Carolyn for the photo and feedback. Just brilliant! 🐾💙🙏🥰

Good Morning from the managers secure dog field. The team were out early on full patrol. A polite reminder to please pick up after your dog. We found three piles in the parking area this morning, very close to the yellow poo bin. This is usually a sign that someone was not watching their dogs when they arrived. Please only release your dogs when you are ready to walk up the hill and can keep an eye on them. If you need to change boots, coats etc please keep your dogs in the car until you are ready to monitor them properly. Leaving this behind really is not fair. Thank you to those that always help us keep the field clean and pleasant for everyone. 🙏🏻💩🐾

Thank you to Victoria for another brilliant hydrotherapy session for Teddy and Ruby. The managers had a great time and even enjoyed their post swim shampoo and shower. We went home with two very happy, contented and fresh smelling setters. Even we wanted to get in this amazing pool. We would like to wish Marsden Mutt Blue a speedy recovery. Blue has been very poorly recently and his mum and dad have been extremely worried. This brave boy has battled hard and is now back home recovering after a difficult few days at an animal hospital. Keep getting stronger Blue, we are all rooting for you. 😘💙🐾

Meet Bobby, one of our newest visitors. Puppy Bobby was an absolute trooper on his first visit secure dog field. He enjoyed a quiet moment in Ted’s Shed exploring the bales. We loved meeting this sweet boy and hope to see Bobby and his parents back again soon.

Marsden Mutts secure dog field has very limited availability this week and slots are filling up fast. Have you booked your next slot for your dog?

• Monday: 9:00am, 4:00pm
• Tuesday: 4:00pm, 5:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm
• Thursday: 2:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am, 5:00pm

All slots can be booked on our website marsdenmutts.co.uk. The site will only show any remaining slots. If you need to reschedule your booking you can do this up to 48 hours before using the top orange box at the bottom of your initial confirmation. All slots are 55 minutes which includes loading up and exiting. We hope everyone has had a great weekend. 🐾🧡

Throw back to Teddy and Poppy secure dog field sporting their suits. These really are fabulous to keep your dogs clean, warm and dry. We highly recommend them. Storm Claudia is finally on her way out but we are in for another wet and rainy day. Doggie coats, sensible shoes and waterproofs are definitely recommended. We have noticed more poo being left behind on wet days, so please continue to monitor and pick after your dogs and help keep the field clean for everyone. if you have a slot booked and cannot make it last minute, please do let us know.
