We have had a few new clients lately and its also good to keep general reminders circulating for all clients. The tips below help us to keep things running smoothly. Thank you for your co-operation โค๏ธ
๐ฟ A reminder that pick up times are usually anywhere within an hour window - you will know the usual collection time, but sometimes these can be a little earlier/later depending on traffic and dogs booked in - please be mindful of this
๐พ Swift collections help us to run smoothly, where possible please have your dog ready to go with their walking attire on so we can slip the lead on and off we go
๐ฟ We love to chit chat - but we do also have dogs in the vehicles, dogs waiting for collection and schedules to stick to - especially when we are using a secure field. Please donโt be offended if we say we have to dash ๐โโ๏ธ๐จ
๐พ Payments are weekly or monthly for the services you have had that week or month - thank you for always paying on time
๐ฟ To ensure a range of enriching walks, we often go to water spots and many walks are rugged and therefore boggy. Dogs will be cleaned down as best as possible, but an extra towel ready for us when dropping off is always helpful
๐พ Please give as much notice as possible for holidays/reasons for dogs not requiring walks - the more notice the better so we can fill spaces with dogs who need extra walks
๐ฟ We will always report back on behaviours, please donโt be offended if we need to update you on your dogs behaviour - we want the best outcome for everybody, including your dog
