During training we have to be ready for anything. Pepper went from lying down relaxed to a reaction in a split second.

Lorry's are loud, they vibrate and some are really fast!

Always support your dog.

All training stop after this point so we went to the park for paddle and play.

Why should dogs have all the fun?
If my dog is asked to do something for a piece of ham, why shouldn't my cat too?

How does your dog know when they are released from a behaviour that you have asked them to do?

Enrichment is a daily norm in my house for both my cat and dogs!

Some people say their dogs are not interested in enrichment, their dog won't join in, their dog do not know what to do.
This video shows Pepper, my dog, joining in with enrichment. She only likes dehydrated offal for enrichment, nothing else works. It took me a long time to work this out but I never gave up, I knew there had to be a favourite food item somewhere!
It takes time, interaction and leading the way.

Cats like enrichment too.
A few pieces of cat kibble thrown on the floor in the garden is all Jenson needed this morning.
Later on it may be a flirt pole or treats in a box with scrunched up newspapers in. It's the simple things that work the best
