🐴 BIG PHOEBE 🐴

16.2hh Irish mare | King of Diamonds lines

A lovely big mare who is proving to be an absolute sweetheart and a very easy horse to have around. ❤️

Phoebe has recently been wormed and is booked in with the farrier.

Despite her size, she is wonderfully kind and straightforward to handle. The girls are happily able to muck out around her, brush her, tack her up and lead her in and out of the field without any issues.

Phoebe does have a few sarcoids, which currently do not appear to affect her and are not situated in the girth area. These have been openly disclosed.

Since arriving with me, Phoebe has been quietly brought back into a routine. She has:
✨ Been long-reined
✨ Been lunged
✨ Popped a small cross
✨ Had a lovely solo ride up and down the lanes with a jockey on board

She is extremely unfit at present, so everything has been kept sensible and steady. She has taken everything in her stride and has been a real pleasure to work with.

Phoebe has been out of work for quite some time. Her previous owners had intended to breed from her, but one thing led to another, and with the year moving on into September, they decided it was time for her to find a new home — hence her arrival with me.

As she stands, Phoebe is offered as a project or broodmare.

That said, I am doing something with her every day to gradually build her fitness. If necessary, I am more than happy to continue bringing her back into work myself, but her price will increase accordingly as her education and fitness progress.

A genuine big, kind mare with plenty to offer the right person. 🖤

🐴 13.2hh and below = £150 including VAT
🐴 Bigger than 13.2hh = £200 including VAT

Cost includes any medication required for the surgery and the surgery itself.

Cost does NOT include any bute/danilon, vaccines or tetanus anti-toxin. This is at an additional cost.
