I have been looking after pets professionally for over 8 years. Growing up, I spent my childhood on a small goat farm and was involved of all aspects of livestock care from milking to new born care. I have never been far from a dog or cat and have also owned chickens, fish and a variety of rodents. Annie sure loves zooming around after a ball! She's just a little gal but she's got speed! She's also enjoying our long walks. Today we ventured out to the beach and managed to stay pretty dry! As long as she's got her coat, I think she feels more confident in windy weather as she is prone to getting quite shivery! And of course after a good adventure, she knows how to nap like a pro, provided I've tucked her in of course. 😅 Great little dog! 🐾

We've been enjoying some very blustery walks this week! We've managed to dodge the rain drops as much as we can but Annie is very glad there's always a pile of blankets and a warm bed to come home to. It was lovely having sweet Blue for the week but we saw him off today so Annie and I are on our own again. Lots of fetch, blanket wraps, and raincoat walks to come! 🐾

Good to be back with these familiar faces! I often look after Blue and Annie together and this time we're at Annie's house with Blue joining us for the first few days! We are enjoying a breezy break in the rain today and have been spending lots of time outside getting out energy and soaking up the sun when it appears. Annie is a spry little thing, quick as a whip. She loves being wrapped up in blankets no matter the temperature and will make sure I know it if she needs a tuck. 😅 Blue is a big lovable retriever, easy going and just happy to be here. He ambles along and makes a friend out of everyone he meets! Looking forward to a couple weeks with this fantastic pair! 🐾🐾

And that's a wrap! It's been so lovely getting to know sweet Jiya, Jack, Henry, and Hetty. We found our rhythm and had a great thing going for the last couple weeks! Each one of them has a very unique personality. There was lots of sass, cheek, rat hunting, wagging tails, treats, walks, cuddles, and naps, just the way we like it! It was a pleasure caring for them all. 😌 I took so many pictures, but how can you not with these loving faces! Be good everyone, see you later this summer! 😎🐾🐾🐾🐾

Adventures with Jack, an after dinner roll with Hetty, enjoying garden sun with Jiya, nap time with Henry... there's never a dull moment around here! These guys are certainly keeping me on my toes and being delightful company. 😎 Jack just loves our long country wanderinga. Always great to have an enthusiastic walking buddy. Hetty loves attention on her terms so it's a real honour when she flops around in front of me or climbs up on my lap. 😊 Jiya just likes to feel comfy and safe in her golden age. Once she knows where I've settled, she falls peacefully asleep. 😌 Ol' Henry comes knocking when he's decided it's mealtime then often curls up to snooze nearby in his favourite chair. What a delightful bunch! 🐾

It's lovely being back with this little gang. Jiya, although battling some health conditions in her old age, is still with us and quite happily living out her golden years. She's one tough cookie with a love for life and biscuits! Jack is still up for long ambling walks through the countryside and makes a great sidekick. He too is very fond of dinner time and biscuits. 😁 Hetty is a sweet girl who know what she likes and when she likes it. She thinks I have some audacity administering her medication every morning although tends to forgive me by the afternoon. 😆 Yesterday she gifted me with a mouse! Henry loves a good long snooze and I'm not sure I've ever met a cat more fond of his food and everyone else's. He's got it pretty good. 😅 Great pets with very unique personalities. It's good to be getting to know them better. 🐾🐾
