Just a few quick things I’d like to address:

•Please can all payments be sent each Sunday for the previous weeks walks/visits unless another date has been agreed. I am still outstanding lots of payments from previous weeks and it is becoming unfair now. Failure to make payment on our agreed date or on the Sunday for the previous week will result in refusal for future bookings until payment has been settled. It is unfortunate that I have to resort to this but as a small business, this is my only source of income that I am completely dependant on.

•Please be mindful that my working hours are Monday - Friday 0700-1700hours. My days of rest are Saturdays and Sundays. All messages, calls & enquiries received outside of my business hours will be responded to on my return to work. My business phone will be turned off after 5pm on Friday and will be switched back on Monday morning so please can all walks/visits be booked in the week prior so I am able to arrange my calendar for the following week. Please note, this does not apply to any dogs in my care for overnight sittings.

•In regards to overnight sittings, I will not be taking on any stays that are weekend specific, for example, Friday & Saturday night only. Weekends will be included for longer stays but weekend specifics are no longer available as these are my days of rest. This does not apply to sittings already booked in. I am more than happy to recommend you weekend specific sitters.

•If you cancel within 24 hours of your walk/visit or don’t provide me with access to the property, a full payment of the service will be charged. Refusal in this will result in no future services. Swaps of days are not an option.
