Meet Teddy & Freddie 🐾💚

Teddy and Freddie are still just little babies, only able to go out and about for the past three weeks. They’re already walking beautifully on the lead! Today, we decided to do a bit of socialising and brought along Bonnie and Tia to help.

We began with some distant walking to teach them that it’s okay to be near other dogs without getting overly excited or trying to play. Teddy did brilliantly—he read the girls’ energy well and left them alone unless they invited interaction.

By the end of the walk, all four of them were strolling side by side in perfect calm.

Such a joy to have these adorable pups as part of the Walkies gang 🐾💚

Meet Nimbus 🐾💚

Nimbus is the sweetest little soul – full of love, cuddles, and endless kisses. We’re lucky to take him on his weekly adventures while his mum and dad are at work.

He absolutely adores zooming around, sniffing every corner, and playing endless games of fetch. And let’s be honest – I always have to stay a few extra minutes for some toy time before saying goodbye!

Say hello to little Desmond! 🐾💚

I had the pleasure of looking after this sweet boy while his mum enjoyed a well-deserved night out with her friends.

From the moment I picked him up, Desmond was full of excitement! He was especially happy to find that my partner George had come along too. Not a fan of sitting in the back alone, he rode up front on my knee, where he caught sight of himself in the wing mirror, got the zoomies, showered us with kisses and cuddles, and eventually curled up and fell asleep—heart-melting!

Our first stop was Pets at Home, where Desmond picked out his own toy (too cute for words). After that, we drove to Pendle Hill for a lovely walk. He had the best time spotting sheep in the field and having a little run around with George.

Later, we stopped off at a pub for some tea. Desmond was in his element—playing with his new toy and soaking up all the attention. I’d packed him some kibble, which I put on the floor, which worked as a perfect distraction while we ate. By the time we headed home, Desmond was so tired out he fell asleep on the drive—and so did I!

I’m thrilled to be looking after Desmond again soon and can’t wait for more adventures.

We finally managed to get a front photo of Jasper! Doesn’t he just look handsome 😁

Jasper is a bit camera shy and usually prefers I take a picture of the back of his head rather than his face.

He loves his walkies adventures, and his mum also enjoys this time to clean the house without the vacuum getting attacked🤦🏽‍♀️

Pearl had her regular weekly walk the other day.

As an XL Bully, Pearl needs to wear a muzzle, and her owners recently got her a new one that’s much more spacious and comfortable for her.

We had a great time on a beautiful woodland walk—it was absolutely picturesque.

Meet Alfie🐾💚

We’ve been a bit quiet lately as I’ve been dealing with a nasty viral infection that kept me from enjoying taking the pups on their adventures. Thankfully, I’m now better and back to doing what I love!

I’m taking care of Alfie while his parents are away on holiday, soaking up some sunshine.

Alfie had a great walk today, though he got so tired that I had to carry him back to the car, where he slept the whole way home. His facial expressions definitely tell you exactly what he was thinking!

In addition to offering regular walks, we also provide services for those who prefer to keep their dogs at home while they go away on a nice break. Whether you need daily or occasional walks/drop-ins, we’ll tailor our services to make sure your furry friend feels safe and gets the exercise and mental stimulation they need.

Pearl had her first interaction with horses today. One horse was particularly friendly and popped its head over the fence to say hi. Pearl was so excited, wagging her tail and trying to give kisses.

Our walks aren’t just ordinary walks.
They include socializing with other dogs from a distance, learning to walk calmly on the lead, and ignoring off-lead dogs that aren’t under control.

Stay tuned to meet some of our new dogs in the coming weeks!
