PLEASE READ: Recently, we’ve received a few 1⭐️ reviews simply because we no longer have the space to accommodate everyone — and honestly, that’s been quite disheartening.

After 15 amazing years of running the salon 8am–6pm, I made the decision to scale things back a little — so I could spend more time with my little boy 🤍

What that means in reality is a smaller team, fewer working hours, and fewer appointment slots available. In order to maintain the high standards we’ve always been proud of, we unfortunately had to let some clients go — including some we were no longer able to manage within our new structure.

This wasn’t an easy decision at all, and it was something we communicated to all of our regular clients at the time.

We care deeply about every client who has supported us over the years, and this change came from a place of wanting to do things better, not less.

If you’ve had a positive experience with us, we’d be so grateful if you could leave a Google review — it really does make a difference for small businesses like ours 🤍

To make everyone aware we currently have no water due to the freezing temperatures. If you have appointments booked whilst we still have this cold spell keep an eye on your messages. It may be that we have to do dry cuts.

🎄 Merry Christmas everyone 🎄

That’s us finished now until 6th January.

This year has been a very challenging one for us personally, and that has naturally led to some changes in how I’m able to run the business going forward.

To those of you whose schedules we can no longer manage, I want to sincerely thank you for the understanding and kindness so many of you have shown. It has meant more than you know. I’ve been happy to help many of you find a new groomer, and I truly hope you’ll be very happy with them.

For anyone still needing a recommendation, we work closely with most groomers in the area and are always happy to point you in the right direction. Many are aware of our situation and have been incredibly supportive as we scale back slightly.

I would also like to reassure everyone that the salon is not closing — we’re simply finding a healthier balance.

A heartfelt thank you to the local groomers who have supported us by taking on some of our clients and offering help — your kindness has not gone unnoticed 🥰

And finally, thank you to those of you who continue to support us. Your kind messages, generosity, and understanding have brought a great deal of comfort during this time. We have been truly overwhelmed by your thoughtfulness.

We hope you all have a lovely Christmas, and here’s to a brighter and more settled 2026.

Hi all,

Another personal post from me. We have had to cancel some appointments over the next few weeks due to a personal matter that i'm not going to discuss. clients that this effects have been notified.

Along with this i am also taking the decision to scale my business back further. We are NOT closing. However the business as it stands needs to change. Clients whom this effects will be contacted in the next few days. This is not personal to you or your pet but i need to scale back to something i can realistically maintain. I am a mum and i need to make sure that i am able to be the mum my little boy needs and if i continue with the business as it is, i won't be.

There are lots of lovely groomers in the area to pick from and i am happy to give recommendations.

If you have received a message from us i ask that you think before you reply negatively. Of course I understand disappointment and your custom has always been appreciated more than you'll know. But you never know what is going on in someone's life and the decisions they need to make to improve it.

This year has been a difficult one for us but these changes mean we will continue to be able to offer the service you and your dogs know and love,

Thank you all so much for bearing with us — this year has definitely thrown us a few curveballs, but we’re working our way through it the best we can!
As we head into our busiest time of year, we kindly ask that over the next 3 weeks you arrive on time for both drop-offs and collections.
Unfortunately, late arrivals may mean we can’t groom your pet — even Santa’s elves can only work so much magic! 🎁✂️
