Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Any appointment cancelled or missed without 24hrs notice will incur a charge. This charge will be the cost of the full groom. If you fail to arrive for an appointment twice, then the cost of

the groom and any charges will need settling when the rebooking the appointment. Drop off and Pick Up
Please allow 3hrs for your dogs appointment. You will be notified within the 3hrs to collect your dog. Please don’t turn up to collect your dog if you haven’t been notified that they are ready for collection. Please arrive on time for your appointment (as best as you can)
Please collect your dog within 30 minutes of us notifying you that they are ready. If your dog is left with us for longer than 30 minutes charges may occur. Prices
Our prices are based on your dogs coat type, the length of the appointment required, the style that you require, the size of your dog and also your dog being regularly groomed at home, as well as by us. We recommend weeks between appointments for example 6, 8, 10 weeks for your dogs best interest. If Posh Paws feels that the coat has been left to long and has become matted, then we reserve the right under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 to remove your dogs matted coat, to a length which is in your dogs best interest. Any injuries caused in the process of de-matting, and veterinary treatment is required, Posh Paws will not be liable for any financial costs. A de-matting fee of £10 will also be added to the cost of the groom. A de-matting consent form will be completed at the time of drop off. Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Posh Paws will seek immediate medical assistance for your pet (at the owners expense) Posh Paws will make all possible attempts to contact the owner in the event of an emergency.

Sam will be going travelling from mid February and we wish her well for her future, exciting times ahead for her.
I will be returning to work which will be nice for me to see you all again . Both the granddaughters are now at school .

Please be careful with your dogs with the hot weather forecasted . The pavements will be hot and your dogs could burn their feet. If your bringing your dogs in for grooming then it’s a good idea not to walk them first unless it’s very early in the morning. We have water bowls readily available for the dogs and are doing drying on cool or cold heat. Take care everyone.

This is just a polite request , over the Christmas period which is very busy , please can you arrive on time for your appointments as we are very busy and if you are over 15 minutes late then we will have to unfortunately cancel your groom.
As per our terms and conditions we will unfortunately have to charge for your groom .

Dear all Posh paws customers

We would like to let everyone know we are booking 4 weeks in advance, if you you would like an appointment please give us enough notice so that we can book you in on time:) we do have a cancellation list we can put you on but can't guarantee we will get a cancellation before your groom.

Dear Customers

In light of price rises of utility bills, all our products and services we use are also increasing in price.

I’m therefore left with no choice other than to increase my prices from January 2023.
