How lovely are these heifer twins in their spotlessly clean, warm straw pen?! Was lovely to see these very well cared for calves on farm yesterday. These calves have had an intranasal pneumonia vaccine to protect them from pneumonia, along with a dedicated rearer working to provide them with a very hygienic pen and clean, fresh ample water. Well done guys!!

Don't forget our tup thursdays - small groups of tups can be semen tested and vasectomised at the surgery. Give us a ring asap to get booked in for this week! Vasectomised tups should be done well in advance of use to ensure effectiveness, and semen testing should take place at least 8 weeks before tupping - get 'em sorted!
