Meet the team - Carl 🐾

Carl grew up with family dogs, but their training never went further than sitting and giving a paw for treats. After starting training with his first Staffie, Goose, he quickly fell in love with the process, and more importantly with the bond it created through the mutual understanding and cooperation that training requires.

Now with his two Staffies, Goose & Kiwi, Carl wants to help other owners build that special bond with their dogs. The goal isn't a robotic dog. It's training for the dog you want.

Keeping a working dog stimulated in this heat 🥵

In a shaded tent, some low activity exercises like this are great to keep your dogs mentally and physically stimulated while not having the risk of heat exhaustion.

Working breeds need mental stimulation as much as physical.
They are currently getting walked early hours and late evenings, keeping them safe and Happy 😊

Meet the team - Sean 🐾

From a young age, Sean was fortunate to grow up with family dogs, which sparked a lifelong love and appreciation for them. At 18, he bought his own black Labrador, and over the years the passion for dogs has continued to grow through learning more about canine behaviour and enjoying the process of training.

Today, he shares his life with two very different dogs: a feisty Patterdale Terrier and a Kelpie × Labrador cross. Training and living with such different personalities has broadened his experience and shown him that every dog learns differently.
Sean enjoys helping owners better understand their dogs and build confidence through practical, enjoyable training that benefits both dog and handler.

Meet the team : Katie 🐾

I’ve always had a soft spot for big dogs. Growing up, I was the go-to person for walking and looking after family and neighbours' dogs, from Dobermans and Mastiffs to Boxers. They’ve always been a huge part of my life. Now, I share my life with my two Cane Corsos, Wilbs and Win.

Training them has become a true passion of mine. Beyond my own dogs, I love helping others understand the breed.

My goal is to encourage responsible dog ownership and show everyone just what well-trained, well-socialised Cane Corsos are capable of.
