🎉 Puppy Class Celebrations! 🎉

Huge congratulations to the fabulous teams who’ve earned their APDT GCA Puppy Awards in my classes over the past couple of weeks 👏🐾
✨ Sally & Pebbles, the gorgeous Griffon Bleu
✨ Pam & Arwen, the superstar Standard Wire Dachshund
✨ Lou & Kopper, the handsome Red Labrador

And that’s not all…

🏆 Lou was also the first class member to pass the EXPERT level with Rooby‑Ru, her amazing Border Collie assistance dog - absolutely brilliant work from this partnership! The only small hiccup is that the Expert certificates weren’t ready on the day😆, so photos are to follow once they arrive (although we can see Rooby in Kopper's photo).

So proud of all of you and the time, effort and teamwork you’ve put in.

🐶 Puppy & Young Dog Life Skills – Tuesdays 🐾

Looking for a friendly, supportive training class for your puppy or young dog? Our life skills sessions run every Tuesday and operate on a roll‑on, roll‑off basis, so you can start whenever suits you and book a block of six consecutive weeks.

📅 Tuesdays
⏰ 6:00 – 6:50pm

These relaxed, reward‑based classes are ideal for puppies and polite young dogs who need help building good habits, confidence and calm behaviour in everyday situations.

Across the six‑week block we’ll work on:
⭐ Core skills for real life
⭐ Building confidence and emotional control
⭐ Calm, polite behaviour around people and other dogs
⭐ Enjoyable training games you can practise at home
⭐ APDT Good Companion Awards (matched to your dog’s age and stage)

Whether your dog is brand new to training or would benefit from a structured refresher, this course offers a positive and encouraging learning environment for both ends of the lead.

A little bit of video from the recent puppy class - on and off lead walking with Fergus (Border Terrier) and Colin (Labrador). Great work from both dogs and both owners, including the lovely recall from Fergus after he came to visit me :-)
