Petasfield Stables

We offer tuition for beginners all the way through to the more advanced rider. Group or private lessons are available (waiting list currently closed). We can help you learn in a professional yet friendly and fun atmosphere. Here at Petasfield Riding School we also provide the chance to learn horse care through being a Pony Club Centre and also offering BHS care stages training

Bring along your own horse to one of our dressage evenings or our showjumping clear round afternoons.

The XC jumps are out! Helped by this cheeky lot of course! We have our clinic next Sat 3rd May - open to those with their own horses. Please share to anyone that wants to build a bit of confidence in a low key, encouraging clinic.

Day 3 - Easter Pony Club Camp
Final day was of course Games day! A fun and competitive mounted games session with most ponies behaving 😬 followed by on foot games and of course an Easter Egg hunt. What a fab group to have had this week. Most Improved went to Cecily for some amazing riding this week, Petasfield Ambassador went to our newest member Leah who is loved by all and Star of the Week went to Imogen, she showed initiative, was super helpful and hardworking, did some fab riding and was super kind to all. 🤩 Now the wait til Summer Camp starts 🤗

Jumping day today - everyone did so well! Grooming theme was spring flowers 💐. Star of the day went to little Freya who improved so much from start to finish in her riding session. Shout outs went to Cecily and Imogen for taking the initiative and building the in hand course and Tamsin getting more and more independent!

Today’s theme was drill riding and all about working together and teamwork! Green team won the best teamwork but Evie won star of the day with her excellent co-ordinating of her team’s drill ride. 🥰
