💜🐶POLITE NOTICE🐶💜

Just a quick update as I introduce a new policy to help things run smoothly for everyone & your pups!💜

• Appointments – please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of your pooches groom.

• Health – all pups must be up to date with vaccinations. Please let me know about any health issues or sensitivities before their visit.

• Behaviour – if your dog is nervous or has shown aggression, just let me know. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first 🐶
• Matting – if your dog is matted an extra fee of £10 will be applied to the groom price to safely remove the coat, matting takes extra time, care and can be uncomfortable for your dog, it also has extra wear on clipper blades & scissors.

• Pricing – based on size, coat & behaviour. Payment is due after the groom.

This will be effective from 06/04/26.
