✨30 by 30✨ Labradors In Need - Peggy 🐶
We are searching for the perfect home for the beautiful Peggy — ideally with a large secure garden, land, or even a beach on the doorstep. Peggy doesn’t enjoy lead walking on tarmac and thrives best with freedom on soft ground.

Peggy didn’t have the easiest start in life, but thanks to a kind soul who stepped in when she needed help most, she is now safe and blossoming in foster care. She has come on in leaps and bounds and is truly a joy to be around.

💛 About Peggy
• Approx. 1 year old
• Tripod (three-legged) – but please don’t let that put you off
• Exceptionally loving, gentle, and affectionate
• Friendly with both people and other dogs
• Happy, confident, and full of personality

Peggy has adapted incredibly well to life on three legs. She enjoys her freedom and pottering about, although her exercise does need to be managed carefully. She does best with several short walks a day, ideally on soft ground such as grass or sand. She may occasionally stumble on uneven surfaces but takes it all in her stride and never lets it bother her.

She loves to sniff and forage — especially for whitebait or dried sprats — and while she’ll retrieve a dummy now and again, it’s not her favourite pastime. Gentle enrichment suits her best.

💛 Home Requirements
• Adult-only home or children aged 13+
• No entire male dogs
• A calm household with understanding owners
• A home where she can be fed separately, as she can be food-focused
• Raised food and water bowls recommended
• Supportive bedding and non-slip flooring (especially if laminate)
• No stairs, and she will need help in and out of vehicles.

Who’s excited to start back to daycare and dog walks on Monday after the Christmas holidays?!

Hopefully all our pups were on best behaviour during the festive season 👀

The best stories are those who were not though … anyone want to comment what their dog got up to?

I’ll go first … Darcy watched her cousin Cupar polish off the pigs and blankets on Christmas Day without saying a word. She was likely an accomplice to the crime but managed to not get caught 😂

It might have been a slightly shorter and much quieter week than usual but it doesn’t mean there isn’t a number of fun things to at daycare! It’s always nice to have a smaller group, it means we get more 1-1 time with our dogs. We’re excited to be back next week for our first full week this year, who’s ready to come back with a bang 🥳🐶🐾
