Meet Eve! 🐾

As many of you know, we’ve been incredibly busy lately — and we don’t like to keep our pooches waiting too long for their pampers! So, we’ve decided it’s time to bring in some extra help.

A little bit about Eve, so you know the friendly face who’ll be helping your dogs look (and feel) their absolute best…

Eve comes from a long career in healthcare, all while juggling a busy life with dogs, horses, and a little girl. She’s had Yorkshire Terriers since she was young, along with a variety of terriers over the years — plus a few lurchers, Border Collies, and show Whippets thrown in. It’s safe to say Eve has a soft spot for dogs of all shapes and sizes. 🐕💖

Recently, she decided to follow her passion, enrolling in her Level 2 & 3 Dog Grooming qualifications with Top Trimz Grooming Academy. By happy coincidence (and thanks to a mutual friend with a tractor!), she found her way to us. 🚜✨

You’ll be seeing Eve around the salon more often, and she can’t wait to meet you and your pawfect pets! 🐶🐾

Please be aware that we are still currently booking up 3-6 weeks in advance, dependant on who your appointment is with.

When booking your dogs grooming appointment, please take this into consideration as we will not be able to give you an immediate appointment. If you do need to rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we may be able to swap it.

If you miss an appointment our cancellation policy does apply and we may not be able to rearrange an appointment for up to 3/6 weeks, depending on how long we need for your dog’s groom.

If you do need specific days or times then please ensure you book these in advance, as currently late/weekend appointments are now late August.

We are in the process of expanding our team, but all good things take time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We would like to support Love4Dogs Rescue, these guys are a non profit organisation that rescue and rehome animals from the UK and Europe.

Love4Dogs Rescue originally started rescuing dogs from Romania. However, it’s became very apparent how many different animals from the UK needed their support too.

We’re doing a £5 square card and the winner will receive £100 💸

The other £100 will go directly to Love4Dogs Rescue to help towards animal feeds, medical care, travel and so much more.

Paula has been grooming for years and has a wealth of knowledge and is accepting new clients. As we’re currently not accepting new customers due to the wait times of appointments, we would highly recommend her!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR MESSAGES, ROWDY IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING REHOMED 🏠

🐾 Meet Rowdy! 🐾

We’d like to share a post to introduce Rowdy, sadly his owner passed away and he is looking for a new home. Rowdy will be 2 years old in a few month and we’d love to help our friends find him a suitable home.

Rowdy has a fantastic nature. True to the loving nature of the staffy, Rowdy enjoys a cuddle and loves to keep your feet warm by lying on your feet. He’s very playful and owners his have never experienced any guarding issues over toys or food.

Rowdy has lived in a pet and child free home, therefore he doesn’t have much experience with either setting. However, due to previous interest Rowdy has been allowed around dog savvy cats and Rowdy was far more interested in food and humans.

Rowdy has been with family members children who have said that he can be excited to begin with, but then settles down. Since then Rowdy has been around teens for walks and feeding and is very food motivated, so training can be made very easy. His Auntie said that from what she’s seen he’s very trainable and eager to please.

If you’re interested in Rowdy, give us a message and we can can put you in touch with our friends that are caring for Rowdy until he finds his new family.

Just as a reminder to our customers of our cancellation policy and that we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

We always have a list of clients awaiting grooms, but we can only have 1 dog (or dogs in household) per groomer, we don’t have enough time to fill the appointment, when we have a last minute cancellation or no show.

We currently have a 3 week waiting list for grooming appointments. However, with enough notice we can sometimes swap your appointment for the following week or a day more suitable for yourself.

Any missed appointments or failure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations will have to be charged. Payment will need to be made before your next appointment can be secured.
