Dear Customers,

Please take a moment to read the important information below.

🗓️ With only two remaining appointment slots available before July (and only four Saturday slots left until September) I strongly encourage all regular clients to pre-book their grooming appointments for the remainder of the year. This will help ensure you secure your preferred time, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, where availability is already limited (with only five slots remaining in the final week before closing).

⏰ Please note that once appointments are fully booked, additional availability cannot be guaranteed. While I will always do my best to accommodate requests—such as Saturdays or weekday evenings after 5pm—this may not always be possible.

🎅🏼 A little festive reminder that appointments scheduled between 14th–22nd December may require full payment in advance. This will be communicated to you via text message or in person, with plenty of notice provided.

📱 For existing customers, you can rebook all of your appointments online without the need to pay a new deposit. You can do so by using my website. (I have linked this in the comments). Press “Book now” > “Existing customers only” and book your appointments online.
