We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for your patience and understanding! Shifting appointments to earlier in the day lets us groom your dogs in cooler, safer conditions.
Please keep an eye out for text messages this week coming, as we may need to reschedule to earlier times or cancel some afternoon sessions because of the heat.
A special shoutout to everyone who has adjusted their schedules especially those bright eyed clients bringing their pups in for 6:00 AM appointments! We know it’s an early start, and we truly appreciate your support in keeping your furry family members safe.

It’s another hot week this week! ☀️

A huge thank you to everyone I’ve messaged about moving appointments earlier. As we did during the last warm spell, I’ll be starting as early as 5:30am to make sure your dogs are groomed before the hottest part of the day. 🐶

Your understanding and flexibility is always so appreciated. We just want to keep all of the dogs as comfortable and safe as possible in the heat. 💛

Evening everyone! ☀️

Just a little update — you may have noticed the salon hasn’t been open as much this week. Due to the heat, we’ve been working reduced hours and starting much earlier to keep the dogs as comfortable as possible.

I’ll be in the salon:
🐶 Thursday 25th June: 6:30am – 1:00pm (ish)
🐶 Friday 26th June: 5:30am – 12:30pm

Thank you so much to all of our lovely customers for being so accommodating with appointment changes this week — and an extra big thank you to anyone we’ve asked to come in very early! We really appreciate it and are very grateful to still be able to get your dogs in for their grooms safely and comfortably.
