Most breeds and crossbreeds are welcome, with the exception of giant breeds. Dogs with special requirements can be catered for, as well as nervous or aggressive dogs.

So following on from my 'im closed as normal all of August post' it turns out my beautiful little cherubs are growing up to form their own likes and dislikes - apparently whizzing off camping throughout the summer is not something they share my huge enthusiam about. I am of course completely ok with this and just accept its part of life 🤥😪.

I am opening up my diary first two weeks of August. (Still clinging on to hope i may get one trip out of them!)

I will go through diary over weekend and contact anyone in september who has asked for August. But if anyone wants to change an appointment for August please give me a message. 07752966962

There is sadly probably going to be a beautiful very much loved VW Transporter for sale if anyone wants a campervan from september onwards please let me know. 💔🙄

Due to yet another person arriving over 20 minutes late for their dogs today, I have decided from now I will be implementing a fee for late collections. People will be notified of this prior to their appointment.

Many other groomers do this and speaking to a few it seems to work well. I do not always feel respected and often not even an apology is given.

I have children and a busy life away from work and often have my own appointments booked or things i need to get done before school.

The fee will be £5 for being 15 minutes late or more late.

Please do not book dogs in if you have places to be whilst they are in my care. I have no objection if I am asked (not told!!) at time of booking or prior to the day of appointment.

If anyone needs to rearrange due to having booked with other commitments please do get in touch and I will happily reschedule.

I hope everyone will be understanding. I was hoping to avoid having to do this, but unfortunately I now have no option.
