🚨Important Notice Regarding No-Shows🚨
We need to address an ongoing issue- this week alone, we’ve lost a significant amount of income due to no-shows. This is simply unacceptable.
‼️To clarify our policy:
If you book an appointment and fail to attend without giving us at least 48 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee remains payable. We send two reminders before every booking, so there’s no reasonable excuse for missing your slot without letting us know.
We do understand that sometimes circumstances change or finances can be tight. If that’s the case, please have the courtesy to cancel with as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else, keep the business running smoothly, and means you won’t be liable for a missed appointment you didn’t attend.
Failure to pay a no-show fee will result in us notifying other local groomers. We will no longer tolerate this level of disregard -it’s not a difficult ask to be courteous and mindful of small businesses.
