We have 2 stables available for Full/Part or Working livery!
Full £120 p/w, Part £90 p/w, Working from £25 p/w dependent on hours worked in school.

Please note - horses with back shoes on in individual turnout only (1 available)

We are a friendly, calm & happy family-run riding school & livery yard based on 35 acres in Northowram, Halifax.
Fully insured, licensed & BHS approved:- horses are our passion; from our retired ponies & children's lesson ponies, to the more competitive riding horse.
We aim to always deliver kind, individual care.
Onsite lessons available or your own instructor welcome.
What else we offer:
- Price includes hay or haylage & straw bedding.
- Personalised care plans catered to your horse's physical & psychological needs
- Management of farrier, dentist & worming, Use the Yards or your own.
- Year-round, daily turn out in Mares' or Geldings' field (same s*x only)
- Use of all facilities such as heated horse shower & two floodlit outdoor arenas (35metres x 20m and 50m x 30m)
-10acre field for on-site hacking.
- CCTV & 24 hour on-site supervision. Yard owner lives on site.

Join us for a day of learning & making memories at the stables!
Includes a riding lesson, pony pampering, hands on horse & pony activities and confidence building.

10-16yrs: Independence | Real Horse-care | Responsibility| | Confidence |

We have 2 wonderful camps for you this Summer!
Join us & the horses on our multi-activity camps which include riding, brushing, horse handling activities, horse care and general fun around the yard that allows you and your friends to spend time with the horses and excel in your riding and horsemanship journey.
Don't miss out on this amazing experience! These camps are perfect for horse lovers who want to develop themselves and their horsemanship/riding skills.

A Unique Opportunity for Kids Aged 11-12!
At Laura Brennan Equestrian Centre Ltd, we’re delighted to offer the Saddle Club Helpers Program for children aged 11-12. It’s a chance for them to spend time in a friendly, supportive environment while learning about horses and gaining valuable life skills.
Through their time with us, they’ll:
• Learn to care for horses and ponies, understanding their daily needs.
• Develop communication skills by building trust and connection with the horses—skills that are just as important in everyday relationships.
• Improve their horsemanship and understanding of how to work with animals responsibly.
• Enjoy being part of a team and gain confidence in themselves.
Program Details:
🕓 Thursday & Friday evenings: 4 PM - 7 PM, £5 per session
🕘 Saturdays: 9:45 AM - 4 PM, £7 per session
📅 School holidays: Full-day sessions available
It’s a great way for children to spend their time productively, surrounded by nature and wonderful animals.

⏰Duration: 1.5 hours on Saturday Afternoons: 2:30-4pm.
❤️What you'll enjoy:
🐎Group Riding Fun Lesson
🥰Exciting pony interactions, pampering, plaiting & painting sparkly hooves🌟.
🐴Age-appropriate hands-on activities, including pony leading for those aged 9 and above.

💳 Cost: Parties are priced at £15 per person with a min of 10 people and a max of 15 people. Smaller numbers are allowed but time reduces to 1hr.
🎂Feel free to bring your own food or cake to make the celebration even more special!
Deposit to book your party is £40.00 non refundable, then you can pay in full or installments

A Unique Opportunity for Kids Aged 11-12!

At Laura Brennan Equestrian Centre we’re delighted to offer the Saddle Club Helpers Program for children aged 11-12. It’s a chance for them to spend time in a friendly, supportive environment while learning about horses and gaining valuable life skills. We require them to commit weekly (we understand there will be holidays and days off, but being part of this club is a weekly commitment)

Through their time with us, they’ll:

• Learn to care for horses and ponies, understanding their daily needs.

• Improve their horsemanship and understanding of how to work with animals responsibly.

• Enjoy being part of a team and gain confidence in themselves.
