🫧 ONE YEAR of Bows and Bubbles! 🐾
On the 12th of June 2025, I took the biggest leap of my life and started my little dog grooming business. At the time, I had no idea where it would lead me. I just knew I had a dream, determination, and a love for dogs bigger than anything else. If someone had told me a year ago that within 12 months I’d go from a handful of bookings to becoming a grooming partner with Bugalugs Pet Care and building my own salon, I genuinely wouldn’t have believed them.
This last year has tested me in ways I never expected. There have been stressful days, tears, moments of self-doubt, and nights where I wondered if this dream would really work. Running your own business is hard, but through it all, Bows and Bubbles has grown into something I am unbelievably proud of.
To every customer who trusted me with their dogs, supported me, shared my posts, recommended me, or simply believed in me, thank you from the bottom of my heart. What started as a dream has become my reality because of all of you, and I’ll never stop being grateful.
A huge thank you to my mum and dad for helping make this dream possible, for the encouragement, support, endless towel washing & cups of tea when I just needed 5 minutes.For letting me use your space last minute and always backing me, even when I doubted myself.
And to my boyfriend Matt… thank you for being my rock from day one, believing in me, listening to every stress, worry and excited idea, you helped me bring my dream to life.
Not only did you support me when everything felt impossible you stood by me through it all and worked all day and then spent your evenings helping build my salon on such a tight timeframe and that will never go unnoticed.
To my friends and family, thank you for every like, share, recommendation, and check-in along the way, it all meant more than you know!
Looking back, I feel emotional thinking about how much has changed. I’m so proud of myself for not giving up and for building something from the ground up with love, hard work, and determination.
