You all know Pavarotti, our boy who was visited us every day, come into our yard to eat, drink fresh water and play with the Mother cat who we spayed before 4 years.
He was her only company, since she was wild and didn't approach a lot to us. But she loved him, they were spending days together.
Few days ago, Mother got killed by a car, run over infront of our gate, died immediately. We pick her up, try to do everything possible, but she was gone.💔
She was the first cat that welcomed us when we move here.
She bring her 3 kittens, 4 years ago, into our yard, knowing that this is safe space for them to grown up.
She was here day and night, all the time, Queen of the property.
We buried her under her favourite tree, where she was learning her kittens how to sharp their nails...😢💔

Next morning we decide that we will take Pavarotti inside. We really dont want to lose another one, he is super friendly, want to be petted all the time, good boy.
We went to the vet, do Fiv/Felv test, he is negative. Blood work is great. His little ears got cleaned.✅️
Since we give him deworming pills regularly and since he was healthy, we put him vaccines, microchip and open a passport.
Officially he is indoor now, he will stay in our shelter until we find him a perfect home.

What we need?
Help to cover veterinary bill for him, all the costs, vaccines, microchip, blood work, test...

Everything is beautiful, spring time, grass is growing, sun is shining, dogs are happy to spend more time outside. 🌞 🍃

But yet, we cant enjoy in this awakening of the nature. 😞
Why?
Because we are stuck in debt, debt everywhere. 🥺
At vet, for dogs food, for litter sand, for cats food, indoor, outdoor cats,...Just name it. 🐕 🐈 🐾

We are not sure why we are not able to collect full amount for each month. We barely collect 1/4 of the amount. 😭
It's because we dont know how to write sad stories?
It's because we are not taking new animals all the time?
In our shelter, most important thing is quality of life, not quantity.
We never returned any of them on the streets.
Those who can't be rehomed, are our permanent residents.
But all of them, have their own needs.
🔶️Litter sand for the cats.
🔶️Dry food for the cats.
🔶️Wet food for the cats (to be able to mix suplements and medications).
🔶️Dry food for the dogs.
🔶️Heart medicine (vetmedin), for oldest one with enlarged hearts.
🔶️Deworming pills (awakening of the nature means awakening of the pests also).
🔶️Ampoules against fleas and ticks.
🔶️Gas for driving to the vet and back ⛽️
🔶️Mowing the lawn every month (100€)
🔶️ Electricity bill, every month higher and higher (since air conditioning are working for them)
🔶️Paper towels, plastic bags, garbage bags, wet wipes, pet pads, washing pods, fabric softeners, chemicals for cleaning, syringes and needles, gloves, mops, brooms ....tons of things that we used on a daily basis.

We really need your help, your support. 💪🏻
We cant make you donate, we can just hope that you will recognise our honest intentions and good care that we are providing to our rescued ones. 🏠
