Bespoke leather goods, handmade using traditional skills and methods used in the saddlery trade for many years,
Each item is individually cut from the hide, hand stitched and hand finished to a high standard. Belts, dog collars and leads, bridles and head collars made to measure. J & E Sedgewicks full grained vegetable tanned leather, quality brass or stainless steel fittings used on my all work.

As I walked down the lane to my workshop this morning, I spotted a primrose in flower! 👀

Seems very early, no others flowering! Beautiful even though a bit bedraggled from all the rain. 🌼

For all the horse lovers, Sedgwick Leather key fobs with miniature brass stirrup iron and snaffle. 🏇

Popular at Tavi Arts Market last weekend, a happy Becs the hooks on my stand will be full again this weekend! 👏

For my non horsey followers, the stirrup iron is what you put your foot in when riding, and the snaffle goes in the horses mouth attached to the bridle and reins.

Good morning 🌬☁️🌧

A windswept walk but I some how managed to stay dry, the heavy showers went around me! 🚶‍♀️

The paths are running in water from yesterday's rain. Spotted some of the ponies, happily eating on the sheltered side of the hill. 🐴

Now to make a cuppa and start making keyfobs to restock my stand for the Cornish Winter Fair this weekend. 🫖🧵🪡

A mystery has been solved! 🤣

A parcel addressed to me arrived on Friday, opened it to find a leather headcollar that needed repairing. 🏇

Not a clue who it was from! There was a postcode but that didn't really help me! 🤔

I went back through a couple of months business and personal emails, messenger, whats app, texts, junk mail......!

A few emails sent today and some detective work and I've found the owner! 👏

A happy ending, I need to repair it now! 😉🐴
