Bespoke leather goods, handmade using traditional skills and methods used in the saddlery trade for many years,
Each item is individually cut from the hide, hand stitched and hand finished to a high standard. Belts, dog collars and leads, bridles and head collars made to measure. J & E Sedgewicks full grained vegetable tanned leather, quality brass or stainless steel fittings used on my all work.

You know who didn't wear a coat! 🤔

Blue sky, sunshine, rainbows, wind, grey skies and heavy showers, but I still enjoyed the walk! 😉

7 years ago I was fortunate that the Butchers' Hall had been transformed into a beautiful space and I started trading there with Bosorne Leatherwork.

Still my favourite market location, made numerous friends with stall holders and met wonderful
customers. Thank you to the whole Tavistock Town Council team. 👏

Not the warmest location, but hot water bottles, thermals, hot drinks, cake, and great company make the winter months ok!! 😉

You will find me back there on the 25th, 26th and 27th of September. Find us adjacent to the award winning Tavistock Pannier Market, inbetween Dot Teas Wholefoods and Country Cheeses of Tavistock Topsham and Totnes.

Mr B and I stayed dry on our walk around Greenscombe woods. 🎉🚶‍♀️🚶

Driving there the sky over Dartmoor looked ominous but we were lucky and even saw a bit of blue sky! 👏

Going to make the most of the dry spell this morning doing bits in the garden before the forecasted rain arrives! 🌻

There was cake for Becs today at Holsworthy and Stratton Agricultural Show! 😉

So many people braved the monsoon downpours luckily there were sunny spells! 🌦

Dog leads, collars, key fobs and belts were popular purchases. 🪡🧵

Excited that my first sale of the morning was from the collaboration with Anne of Cornish Craftwork Basketry,
a beautiful willow basket with Sedgwick Leather handles. 💃 🎉

A fabulous one day agricultural show, friendly organisers and the best marquees from The Devon Marquee Company Limited. 👏

I couldn't have done the day without Mr B's help, great team. 😘

Ready for an early start in the morning for Holsworthy and Stratton Agricultural Show. ⏰

Flowers are picked from the garden and fill my upcycled jars. 🌻

Coats, boots, shorts and sweaters packed ready for
whatever the weather does! 🌦🤔

Mr B is helping me tomorrow, and he will also be off meeting friends talking all things farming and tractors! 😉🚜

Glad I took a coat and still wearing shorts, my legs dried quickly! 🤣

The squirrel would never have been that close if I had Eddie! 🐿🐾

Carrots and apples picked from the garden, visiting Josie this morning. Excited but I know it will be hard
too. She will love the treats! 🐴

Then polishing, sorting, labelling and packing for a very early start tomorrow morning, off to and Stratton agricultural show. 🧵🪡

The dog collars are restocked for Holsworthy and Stratton agricultural show on Thursday. ✅

Some of you have noticed the new boxes, that I'm using to display the dog collars and wristbands, at the last few markets. 👀

A couple of weeks ago in the Butchers' Hall, my stand was opposite Past To Present........ I've been wanting a change so these were perfect when I spotted them! Also thank you for letting me experiment with the boxes and my layout! 😍

I carry four sizes of dog collars on my stand, in the seven colours of Sedgwick Leather I stock. 🐕🐾

I made an early start in the workshop, I'm a bit behind restocking for Holsworthy & Stratton agricultural show on Thursday!🪡🧵

Red, green, London tan and Australian nut Sedgwick Leather are the colours to be used so far this morning. ❤️💚💛🧡

Freshly picked sweet peas from the garden and a cuppa at the work bench. 💐 🫖

A walk will happen later today, Mr B might even be back to join me.....he'll be delighted!! 😉🚶‍♀️

Recently reopened, absolutely stunning. Amazing food, friendly staff, beautiful room and the bath was incredible! 👏
