It’s the last day of Manchester Pride today

My handmade and hand painted Rainbow Cheese Cat necklaces made a comeback last week and are currently in stock in my shop.

These little guys take me ages to make and I make them in small batches. The pictures don’t do them justice 😺🌈

I’ve not seen it yet, but I’ve heard about a wonderful stop motion piece which was created by the fabulous Mackinnon and Saunders in Manchester

Adam Rowe and Friends at the Frog and Bucket this week, testing out new material for his tour next year, and he overran by 30 mins 😂
Absolutely brilliant night and birthday gift

Took a cheeky pic as he was saying goodnight

‘Adam Rowe is currently putting together his new hour of stand-up ahead of a huge 2026 tour. He’s coming back to one of his favourite comedy clubs in the world, the Frog and Bucket, to run it out. Joining Adam will be three of his funniest mates and they’ll be trying new stuff too. Come and see comedy at it’s rawest & most unpredictable. Bosh.’

Lovely exhibition of some of the original illustrations by one of my favourite illustrators, Quentin Blake. I’ve always adored his style. There’s so much character in his seemingly simple pen strokes, and it’s beautiful to see these in person with all the pencil marks and scribbled notes

The BFG and Matilda by Roald Dahl were my 2 favourite children’s books when growing up, and Quentin’s illustrations had a huge influence on me becoming an artist

This exhibition; Quentin Blake and me, is on at The Lowry if anyone wants to check it out

August 1st marks the anniversary of Spider-Man’s first appearance in the comic books back in 1962. He first swung into action in Amazing Fantasy #15 in the comics created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko

“They’re only noodles Meowchael”

Today marks the 38th anniversary of the US release of The Lost Boys. The UK had to wait another 10 months before this masterpiece reached our cinemas. It still remains my 3rd favourite movie of all time ❤️🖤

My Lost Boys inspired Cheese Cat print and fridge magnets are in stock…and NEW in today are greeting cards (shown in the first photo) and I’ve got something exiting in production with this design atm, so watch this space 👀
