How are we already halfway through the week?! Time is flying by when you’re surrounded by amazing dogs. 💚

We’ve had a fantastic week so far, filled with walks, wagging tails, and lots of cuddles. 🐶

Just a reminder that we will be closed this weekend. While we’re looking forward to a little time off, we’re definitely going to miss all of our four-legged friends very much! 🐾💕

One of the biggest misconceptions about dog boarding is that we simply stay at home with the dogs all day.

The reality? It’s so much more than that! ❤️

Our day often looks like this:

🐶 Early wake-ups for morning toilet breaks and breakfast
🐶 Morning walks and adventures
🐶 Enrichment activities to keep minds busy
🐶 Making sure every dog gets the rest they need
🐶 Playtime and more enrichment throughout the day
🐶 Afternoon walks
🐶 Dinner time and evening routines
🐶 Fresh water checks throughout the day
🐶 Cleaning, disinfecting, hoovering and mopping (often more than once a day!)
🐶 Paperwork and admin
🐶 Sending daily updates and photos to owners

Boarding isn’t just about providing a place to stay—it’s about ensuring every dog is safe, happy, exercised, enriched, cared for, and treated like part of the family while you’re away. 🏡🐾

And honestly… we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚

We’ve had a fantastic weekend full of boarding, and we’ve got another busy week ahead with lots of happy pups booked in for walks and adventures! 🐶

What a wonderful girl she was from start to finish. Pixie was an absolute pleasure to walk, with impeccable manners and a fantastic attitude throughout.

She thoroughly enjoyed her adventure and was an absolute credit to her owner. 💖

What an amazing week it’s been here at Wagwell Pet Care 🐾❤️

This week we finally got the van signed, we’ve enjoyed some fantastic walks, and spent time with lots of happy pups doing what we love most 🐶✨

Now we’re heading into a busy weekend with our boarders, which means lots more adventures, cuddles, and memories to be made 🏡🐾
