📢 CCR Barn & CCR Equestrian – Refund & Transfer Policy

We would like to remind all clients of our refund and transfer policy for treadmill hires, competitions, and other bookings.

To allow us to manage our schedule fairly and offer availability to other clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to transfer a booking.

✅ With 48 hours’ notice:
We are happy to arrange a transfer where possible or discuss refund options in line with your booking.

❌ Less than 48 hours’ notice:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers, as the time has been reserved and may not be possible to fill at short notice.

🐴 Exceptions:
If you are unable to attend due to an unexpected medical or veterinary reason, we will issue a refund or transfer request when a valid doctor’s note or veterinary certificate is provided.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us keep things fair for all clients and ensures we can continue providing the best service possible.

Water treadmill sessions are a fantastic way to maintain and improve fitness while reducing the impact on joints and limbs. They’re ideal for building strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, supporting rehabilitation, or simply keeping your horse ticking over when conditions make ridden work difficult.

• Tuesday: 5:30pm & 6:00pm

📅 We also have daytime availability Monday to Friday weekly!
