☀️ Heatwave Notice ☀️

The wellbeing of every dog in our care is always our top priority.

During this hot weather, we’ll be adapting each groom to suit your dog’s individual needs, taking into account their age, health, medication, and how they’re coping with the heat. We’ll do everything we can to ensure every dog is kept as comfortable, calm, and safe as possible throughout their appointment.

When bringing your dog to us, please travel by car where possible and make sure it’s nice and cool before setting off. Please don’t walk your dog to their appointment during the heat, as pavements and high temperatures can quickly become dangerous.

If you’re concerned about getting your dog safely to and from their appointment, or if you feel it’s in their best interests to reschedule, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d much rather rearrange your appointment than put your dog’s health at risk.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep all of our furry friends safe during the heatwave. ❤️🐾

Hot Weather Reminder for all appointments while we have this heat– Please Keep Your Dogs Safe 🐾

With temperatures expected to reach 30°C tomorrow, we kindly ask all clients not to walk their dogs to appointments at the salon.

Pavements and roads can become extremely hot in warm weather and may cause discomfort or burns to sensitive paw pads. For your dog’s safety and comfort, please travel by vehicle where possible and use air conditioning or ensure good ventilation during the journey.

We also recommend:
🐾 Bringing fresh water for your dog during travel
🐾 Avoiding unnecessary time outdoors before and after appointments
🐾 Allowing extra travel time so your pet stays calm and comfortable in the heat

Your dog’s wellbeing is always our priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping keep them safe during high temperatures.

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you and your furry friends safely Tuesday. 🐶
