Thank you all so much for your kindness & patience while I have been unable to work following the motorcycle accident!
I have been starting to do one or two days each week for the past two or three weeks to try to build my strength back up, I am not 100% yet but I am getting there, so I think I am safe to say that all pet grooms from now on will be okay to go ahead as planned.
Looking forward to seeing you all again really soon 🐾❤️🥰

Planning to work on Monday, will see how that goes, plaster cast is off my hand now, thumb is still painful & movement isn’t 100% yet, grooms may take longer than usual, if I can manage to groom effectively then I will continue & will gradually contact those we have had to postpone as the days go by, at the moment I need to take things one day at a time.
I have lots of messages to read & reply to, I will do that when I have more of an idea of just what is going to be possible, I don’t want to overcommit us and then need to cancel again.

I am unable to work at the moment due to having a cast on my hand to fix a broken bone. I’ll update here when I have an idea of when I will be able to start back.

Sadly we are temporarily closed due to the national Covid Restrictions, I will update when I have more information.

We are fully booked for the rest of this year unless we get any cancellations. We are taking bookings for 2021 currently.

Please can I respectfully request that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment, I have a waiting list of clients hoping to be booked in before Christmas.

Like many of us having had business interruptions this year due to covid, it is extra important that I try my best to meet the needs of all my clients & maintain my income.
Sadly for the month of December I will have to charge the full fee for missed appointments where 24 hours notice has not been given. I can easily fill the appointment slots & keep everyone happy if you can please let me know in good time.

We have had a much needed break for a week, taken our time to find out if & how we can operate safely within the current lockdown rules, this included having time off from all correspondence, this is necessary when working from home or I never get chance to have complete down time. Over the next week I will be getting back to everyone, if you currently have a booking with us this can go ahead as planned, I will be posting some slight changes to drop off & collecting protocol to ensure we meet all Covid - 19 safety precautions.

Another lockdown is looming fast.
As with every other groomer in the country I am awaiting news on whether we will be able to remain open with really strict precautions in place or whether we will have to close. This is not a choice for me to make, we along with all other groomers in the same position as us will have to follow government rules/law.
If we are allowed to work then I will. I can not afford the £10,000 fine for breaking the rules so please don’t ask me to. We are fully booked & I am dreading the idea of having to cancel everyone. I am feeling very anxious about it all.
I thank you all for your support, kindness, understanding & patience during these times of such uncertainty.
I have received tons of correspondence regarding appointments, please know that I will get back to you all as soon as I have firm news. I am doing as much as I possibly can before lockdown happens.
