When it’s cold, muddy and wet in Glasgow - plus one dog is in season - we play it safe .unleashthedogs.co.uk agility field at Bishopbriggs. All dogs dressed for the weather in their Equafleece and it’s all systems go.

Enjoying a lovely quiet holiday Monday with a reduced pack today and decided to come to Bellahouston for a change to show the girls Sam & Barks old stomping ground.
Whilst I watched them revel in new sights and smells, it occurred to me that each of these 4 dogs is owned by a super successful single female.
Am very proud of them and their mums for juggling careers, life hurdles and managing to raise confident, happy dogs too.

The week started with a bit of (hesitant) happiness, but within days, I’m a little bit broken.

Bark died peacefully yesterday at home being showered with kisses and love by me and David.
He felt he couldn’t (or didn’t want to) hold out for the arrival of a new puppy, let alone a girl one!
So, after 13 and a bit years, I’m heartbroken that my soul mate has gone and life will never quite be the same again.

I’m happy for him that he’s with Sam again and hopefully I’ll find floof forever in the house.

This photo was taken yesterday morning just minutes before he passed - enjoying the sunshine with his dad on one last sniff potter.

Rest easy Barky Bear and know you were so loved.
