To all customers who chose to reschedule while I was recovering from shingles, thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
It has taken some time to fit everyone back into my diary, as appointments are especially busy at this time of year. While I’m doing my best to accommodate all requests, I may not be able to offer everyone their preferred date or time.
If I haven’t been able to accommodate your request, please know that I completely understand if you need to use another groomer until your next appointment with me. Your dog’s comfort and wellbeing always come first, and I would never be offended.
